DCA otherwise known as Ronald Reagan international airport is the closest airport to where we currently live. If you come into town earlier in the week we are happy to accomodate you and help you with transportation from here to our venue. THIS IS NOT THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO OUR WEDDING VENUE.

Dulles International Airport is the closest airport to our Wedding Venue. It is a 40 minute drive from Dulles to our wedding venue in Bluemont, VA.

Airbnb/ Vrbo/ Chain Hotel Stays

Airbnb and Vrbo are the best resource to use for any other accommodations. If you would like a more traditional chain hotel to stay in, the closest city to our venue is Leesburg, VA. Leesburg is a 25 minute drive from our wedding venue.

The National Conference Center—Room Block

We have a room block at this hotel. It is a 20 minute drive from Dulles Airport. Standard rooms have a single full sized bed and suites have a queen or king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. For families, suites would be the best option, as a standard room would be far too small. Each room has a full size bathroom just as you would find in a traditional hotel. Any guests who would like to make reservations can email reservations@conferencecenter.com or you can call (703) 724 6170 and request the Harter room block.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage has been expertly re-designed to be a unique living space. It has one king bed, a living area, large library, dining area and a fully-stocked kitchen space with a stove (no oven). There are also two sofa beds and a baby grand piano ~ a wonderful place to explore Waterford, the surrounding vineyards, and an opportunity to stay in one of the village's beautifully preserved properties. The space There is a dining area that seats and is equipped with service for 6. The kitchen has everything but an oven and is fully equipped for cooking and making coffee & cappuccino, pasta, and a glorious breakfast. The ceilings are 15' high and the bathroom has new fixtures and a glass door shower. There is central air and heat. There are two sitting areas and a desk, as well as about 1,000 books to choose from!
