Our story began in June of 2014, but what truly defines us is everything that followed. Brent moved to Houston that year, and it didn’t take long before fate (and a bartender pulling two frozen glasses from the cooler) stepped in. “Thank God you drink beer instead of cheerleader swill,” he said and just like that, a conversation turned into something neither of us expected. We didn’t just fall in love, we grew into it. Through shared laughter over abnormally spicy pad thai, road trips, and countless TSA security lines, we discovered how naturally life fit when we were side by side. With every new experience, our connection deepened, shaped by intention, trust, and the quiet confidence that comes from choosing one another every day. As time passed, our lives intertwined in ways both big and small. Careers evolved, a bachelor pad became a home, and our little family grew, Sambuca included, forever close and blissfully unaware of personal space. A few million United miles later, we’ve learned that home isn’t a place at all, but the life we’re building together, wherever it may lead. This wedding isn’t the beginning of our story, it's a celebration of how far we’ve already come and the future we continue to shape together. Getting married is simply the next meaningful chapter, and we are so grateful to share this night with the friends and family who have been part of our journey.
