Mark and Michelle first connected and began talking because of their mutual interest in medicine. A few weeks later, when Michelle wished Mark a happy birthday he asked her out on a date! They went on their first date in the town of Port Jefferson where they ate at Tommy’s Place and listened to live music at Harborfront Park. From there it was history! Ironically Mark landed his first job in Port Jefferson and now they're living in the same place where it all began!

To celebrate Michelle's birthday, Mark and Michelle went out to eat the following day with two of Michelle's best friends Carly and Krystin and their significant others Andrew and Mike. After dinner they all came back for a “drink” at which time Mark proposed to Michelle in their apartment. The living room was beautifully decorated with roses and balloons, which was impressively accomplished by Carly and Andrew sneaking into the apartment beforehand! It was an unforgettable evening! Mark and Michelle can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with you. See you at the beach!
