The Welcome Cocktail on Friday is outdoors. The ceremony and reception on Saturday is indoors with cocktail hour being outdoors. El cóctel de bienvenida del viernes será al aire libre. La ceremonia y la recepción del sábado serán en interiores, con la hora del cóctel al aire libre.

Answer

Our celebration will be black tie, which means a formal and elegant evening look. For men: A classic tuxedo with a black bow tie, white dress shirt, and formal shoes. A black suit with either a black bow tie or a long tie is also acceptable if that feels more comfortable. For women: A full-length gown or an elevated, formal long dress—think elegant fabrics and evening-ready details. We’re just excited to celebrate with you and appreciate you dressing up with us!

Our Welcome Cocktail is in the city and easy to get to! We recommend taking an Uber to the event. On the wedding day, shuttles will be available to take guests from the Novotel Hotel and York Luxury Suites to the ceremony site. After the ceremony, shuttles will continue to the cocktail hour and reception venue. Return shuttles back to the hotels will also be provided throughout the evening. ¡Nuestro cóctel de bienvenida será en la ciudad y es fácil de llegar! Recomendamos tomar Uber para el evento. El día de la boda, habrá transporte disponible para llevar a los invitados desde el Hotel Novotel y York Luxury Suites hasta el lugar de la ceremonia. Después de la ceremonia, los buses continuarán hacia el lugar del cóctel y la recepción. Durante toda la noche también habrá transporte de regreso a los hoteles.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.
