Tim and Melissa were set up after her brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Erin, took positions to teach at Wisconsin Lutheran High School where Tim is also a teacher. Tim and Chris previously knew each other from attending high school and college together. Last summer, Erin approached Tim and asked him if he would be interested in being set up with Chris' sister. Both Tim and Melissa agreed, despite having no expectations that a relationship would develop. The rest, as they say, is history.
