Lindsey has known Melissa since third grade. Melissa was Lindsey’s first friend when she moved to California and they have been glued together ever since! They’ve experienced so many life milestones together and are especially excited to celebrate this next one!

Schuyler met Sam during their first week at Cal Poly. They hung out together every week for the next two years, forging a tight knit friend group that they share so many memories with, and then roomed together for an amazing third year. They share a special bond as each other’s “Magical Brother”. Schuyler is so happy for Sam and Melissa.

Lauren Hibbs

Best Man

Throughout their college adventures of building robots, hiking SLO, camping in freezing weather, and cooking red lentil curries, Melissa, Sam, Schuyler, and Lauren have weathered thick and thin (really freezing camping!!). Even after Melissa and Sam graduated and moved to Davis, their friendship has remained strong, instead of going to concerts together, they spend their time virtually making playlists, drawing, and playing games. Lauren is so happy her best friends - Sam and Melissa are getting married!

Rob is Sam’s brother-in-law, and has known him since he was an 8-year-old, freckled-face kid visiting his older sister at Cal Poly. They bonded over family dinners, board games, and house projects. Rob has been proud to see Sam grow into the intelligent, caring, and hardworking man he is today, and is so excited to officially welcome Melissa to the family.

Jessie, aka “The Eldest”, has known Melissa all of her life. Jessie is happy to be wishing Melissa a wonderful journey as she begins a new chapter of her life together with Sam. As the Irish say "May you both live as long as you want, and never want as long as you live."

Mike and Sam have been partners in crime since they could walk. They have always had each others back through all the fun adventures over the years. Sam was also always down to pass the time away and play lots of different games. Mike is grateful to have as great a friend as Sam in his life. He wishes his best friend and his bride the best of luck.
