For you "Yankees" flying in: you are coming to Birmingham ALABAMA (not England, that would be awkward). Your airport code is BHM.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Birmingham Marriott which is about 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the ceremony and reception. We would have loved to have gotten you closer but Alabama is full of countless inconsiderate Colleges and Universities who, even after repeated passionate requests, flat out refused to reschedule their Commencement Ceremonies. (Pretty rude I know)
But do not despair! The Marriott has the softest bedding and hottest breakfasts in all the land. Additonally, our skilled negotiating skills were utilized to secure a pretty amazing rate (probably the same available to everyone else). Just follow the link below.
But wait there is more! All the hotel guests will have access to some sort of shuttle to bring you to the day of events. (Info upon arrival)
