I'm traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

I have set up a Wedding hotel booking page with specially negotiated group rates. These rates are special group rates that are typically very large discounts that are not available to the general public. You can access the special hotel rate page at: https://hotelblocks.zola.com/EventPage8120505 The rates above can fluctuate and sell out at any time, so your group should book sooner than later.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation includes a plus one, you're welcome to bring a guest. If your invitation does not specify a plus one, please reach out to us to discuss bringing someone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We don't have a formal dress code—just come as you are and feel comfortable! If you want to dress up, that's great, but if jeans are more your style, that's totally fine too. We just want to celebrate with you! Wear shoes that you're able to walk on the grass in since we plan to have our ceremony outside. Bring or wear comfortable shoes so you can dance the night away with us during the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to join us! We just kindly ask that they be supervised and on their best behavior so everyone can enjoy the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. We suggest arriving 15–30 minutes before start time.

Can I take photos during your ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture and share special moments. If you post on social media, please use the hashtag #HappilyEverHenecke so we can easily find and enjoy your posts!

What if it rains since the ceremony is outside?

Answer

Not to worry! The venue has an indoor space where everything can be moved if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Rain or shine, the celebration will go on!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, alcohol won’t be served at the wedding. Instead, we’ll have plenty of sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and water to keep everyone refreshed!
