Please contact Jay and Melissa if a room block is full. They will request additional rooms be opened if available.
Anywhere you'd like! We have provided 2 room blocks for your convenience at the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Pleasant and The Limited Hotel in downtown Charleston - see the Travel tab for more information. Due to the Cooper River Bridge Run on the morning of April 6 (our wedding is in the evening), a lot of accommodations in downtown are limited and pricey. There are less expensive options on Air BnB, and in hotels in West Ashley (west of downtown across Ashley River), North Charleston (north of downtown and closer to the airport), and Mt. Pleasant (east of downtown over the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge).
We are planning an event mostly geared towards adults. However, we understand guests may want to bring children and the Aquarium is a perfect place for children to explore. Also, we want to do our best to accommodate as many of our family and friends as possible! We are limited on event capacity so please inquire if you'd like them to come along and we will let you know once we are more certain on our headcount. Thank you for understanding.
Semi-formal.

Unfortunately, no! We will miss you!
Many people who travel to Charleston for an event choose to make a weekend or even a week out of their trip! It was established in 1670 and named "the Holy City" as it has over 400 churches! Charleston is a gorgeous former-colonial town chock-full of historic buildings, monuments, and museums. It has delicious southern cuisine, beautiful coastline, and plenty of activities to enjoy year-round.
