Hotel
Our hotel block is through Hilton. It is 10-15 minutes away from the venue and a short ride from the airport and Ronkonkama train station. The best way to make your reservation is through the booking link below. You can also book by calling in and using the group code: MENK, or by referencing the Menk Wedding. Please book hotel by September 15th. Transportation from the hotel to venue will be at 2:40 and 3:10 pm. Returning to the hotel will be at 9:30, 10 and 10:30 pm!

Feel free to check out airbnbs in the Smithtown area!
Flight
New York has tons of airports, but MacArthur is definitely the easiest and is a close car ride to all recommended hotels and Stonebridge Country Club.
Train
There is a train station in Ronkonkoma if you’re staying at the hotel that is 7 minutes from the hotel. There is also a train station in Smithtown if you’re going straight to the venue that is 12 minutes away!
