Yes, there will be a shuttle to pick up guests at both Hotel Crosby and Best Western New Richmond. The shuttles will depart from both hotels at 3:30 pm. The shuttles will return to their respective hotels at 9:15 pm and 11:00 pm. There is parking at the venue for those choosing to drive separately. Cars may be left at the venue overnight.
We have our hotel blocks listed under the accommodation tab. These hotel blocks are simply for your convenience, and you are welcome to stay wherever you would like. There are many hotels and Airbnbs in the Stillwater/Somerset area.
Yes, we kindly ask that all guests wear formal attire to our wedding. The ceremony will take place outside.
