This event is cocktail attire and for all guests. There will be drinks, light bites and desserts, can't wait to see you there!
2:30 pm - 2:45 pm
Shuttles begin at Hotel Heron for all guests. Shuttles will leave at 2:35pm, 2:45pm and 2:50pm. Shuttles will take guests from the Hotel Heron to St. Joseph's church, and return guests to the Hotel Heron, after the ceremony, for the reception. There is valet parking available at the hotel, and public lots around the corner that you can park at for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Shuttles are kid friendly and handicap accessible.
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
*There is valet parking at the Hotel Heron and will be a roundtrip shuttle for all guests to take to and from the Hotel Heron to St. Joseph's (see above for details).
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi-Formal; Military Dress Uniform: Suits, military dress attire, gowns and cocktail dresses.
*There will be shuttles for guests to take from St. Joseph's to the Hotel Heron and following the ceremony to return guests to the Hotel Heron. The Hotel Heron offers valet parking and there are also are multiple parking garages within 1-2 blocks of the hotel. Valet parking for wedding party guests who are staying at the Hotel Heron will be discounted by 50%. At 4:30pm there will be a cocktail hour with light bites and an open bar before the reception. At 6:00pm the reception will begin, with dinner, drinks and dancing to follow.
