We're getting married!

They matched on Hinge and talked for a month—easy, natural, full of promise. But the timing wasn’t right, and life pulled them in different directions. Time passed, life happened. Then one day, out of the blue, Zach came back and asked Melissa on a date. Unknowing of the future they would have, she said yes. They went on their first date at the very same place Zach proposed, Working Dog Winery, and the rest is history. Zach showed up, fully and intentionally. Melissa brought her big opinions and her whole heart. He kindly pretended to enjoy her air-fried steak. She later learned his love for hiking was optimistic at best—but now they do it all the time anyway, laughing about how love will make you climb mountains you never meant to. (Zach now handles most of the cooking.) What started as almost became everything.
