Yes, a CT Beer Tours bus/van will bring you from the venue back to the hotel.

How will I know where to go when I arrive?

When you are dropped off from the Beer Tour van or driving yourself, there will be signs pointing to the ceremony area as well as a wedding corrdinator directing you on where to go.
