How do I book my room?

Answer

In order to receive the group rate, you must book through the QR code located on the passport save the date. You are welcome to book directly though the site, however we would appreciate booking through us as we will receive venue discounts.

When to book flights?

Answer

You are able to book flights 330 days in advance. January 15, 2025 you can officially book your flight!

What dates are the bride and groom traveling?

Melissa and Tyson are traveling December 2nd - 8th 2025. Feel free to customize your vacation to fit your needs!

All Inclusive Perks

Answer

We did the pleasure of booking an all-inclusive resort! Food, snacks, drinks and all alcohol are included with your stay! Activities such as golf and water sports can be enjoyed at extra cost.

Is there a mandatory itinerary?

Answer

We appreciate you coming to support us as we vacation in the Dominican! However, we are not requiring you to commit to a schedule while on vacation! As a wedding party member we will need your attendance the evening of December 4th and all day December 5th. As a guest, the wedding is on December 5th at 2 pm, see you there!

What is the dress code?

Swimwear, beach clothing and jean shorts are not permitted at ceremony.

How Will We Get From the Airport to the Resort?

Answer

The Hard Rock Hotel offers a round trip shuttle service from and to the airport. You must complete your reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The cost of the shuttle is $40 per person. Is there a local event if I am unable to attend the destination wedding?

YES! We will be holding a small casual reception following the return of our wedding in Burke, SD. More details to come!
