Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are going for a casual cocktail vibes. Please no jeans, shorts or t-shirts! Guests are encouraged to wear any shade of blue and fun sneakers/comfortable foot wear. We would like everyone to be comfortable on the dance floor! THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony.

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

All invited plus ones/kids will be included on the invite and when RSVPing. If you prefer not to bring your children we understand that as well. Please reach out to Melissa or Shae if you have any questions/concerns.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please make a note when you rsvp. We will try to accommodate all allergies.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Cocktail Hour (Until 8:00 PM): A full open bar featuring cocktails, beer and wine. After 8:00 PM: The open bar will offer beer, wine and soda. All other beverages will be available for purchase.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot behind the venue. Parking will not be an issue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All hotels we recommend are within walking distance to The Berkshire.
