Our fairy godparents are Sahir's *Identical twin Rakin and one of my best friend's Julie. They brought Sahir and I together. See, 7 and a half years ago Rakin, Julie, and myself were working a fabulous retail job at Guess. We all decided to hang out after work one day and to my surprise in comes Sahir looking exactly like Rakin (they loved to dress alike back then, same haircut and everything!). I assumed Sahir was Rakin since I was unaware that Rakin had a brother, nonetheless that he was a twin, and of course they played along with it as they love doing! It wasn't until about an hour later that I saw them both and realized I was pranked! Sahir introduced himself and the rest is history...

September 2018, Sahir and I had been discussing a Europe trip for over a year and he decided it was the right time to go. We pack, plan, and are soon off on our trip where Sahir mysteriously carries a backpack and guards it with his life at all times (haha). So, I guess I should explain why Europe huh? Well, since we've been together Sahir has always known that I've always dreamed of being proposed to in a scenic world wonder, Greece, to be exact was my dream. So, where were we headed in our Europe trip? A few stops to throw me off in Paris and then it was straight to Mykonos, Greece! Did I have suspicions? Yes! Did I expect for him to propose when I wasn't all dolled up and dressed? Definitely not! Haha! He insisted we go on an expensive boat ride while at the beach but I was hesitant because after all we were travelling students but he looked so excited and determined and said "trust me it'll be worth it" and it definitely was! He proposed in the middle of the ocean surrounded by beautiful cliffs and beach coasts, I remember the boat captain looked more surprised than I did and was too nervous to even take pictures haha! I saw him grab the mysterious backpack, and get on one knee! I quickly fixed my hair and sat up straight while he said " you're the love of my life, you're my best friend, will you marry me?" YES! YES! I LOVE YOU !
