The Trade, Autograph Collection
This is where our hotel block is- even if you are not staying here, it is a great place to grab a drink! The restaurant upstairs, Il Cervo, is excellent.
North Old World 3rd Street
Check out the German influenced restaurants/bars such as Maders, Milwaukee Brat House, and Old German Beer Hall. N Doctor M.L.K Jr Dr (formerly N Old World 3rd Street) is home to many restaurants and bars, all within walking distance of The Trade Hotel.
Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery
The historic Pabst Brewery is walking distance from The Trade Hotel. Just take a 10 minute walk (slightly uphill) up Juneau Avenue.
Giggly at Saint Kate
Check out Milwaukee's only champagne bar! If you are not a fan of bubbly, the Saint Kate Hotel is still a beautiful hotel bar. There are free art galleries in the lobby that you can explore as well. The Saint Kate Hotel is walking distance from The Trade Hotel- just cross the bridge over the Milwaukee River.
Milwaukee Art Museum
Take a 5 minute Uber or a 30 minute walk to downtown Milwaukee. Explore the galleries and the beautiful lakefront at the Milwaukee Art Museum- designed by Santiago Calatrava.
Swingin' Door Exchange
Take a 5 minute Uber to a 30 minute walk to downtown Milwaukee and visit The Swingin' Door. Dan and Jenn Lee's favorite Milwaukee establishment!
Historic Third Ward
Take a 24-minute walk or a short Uber ride to the Third Ward- there are many shops and restaurants. Check out the Milwaukee Public Market for an amazing Bloody Mary!
Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar
Take a 21 minute walk or a 5 minute Uber from The Trade hotel to Tupelo Honey. Tupelo Honey has great brunch, Bloody Mary's, dinner, and other cocktails. From the restaurant, you can take a quick stroll to the Historic Third Ward and explore that neighborhood.
