Where is the venue?
Answer
Our wedding venue is called The Red Earth Venue. The address is 545 UT-313, Moab, UT 84532.
Question
What is the shuttle schedule for guests?
Answer
The shuttle bus will be picking guests up from our host hotel, The Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn. The shuttle will be departing the hotel promptly at 3:15pm to bring guests to the wedding venue. Please plan to be ready to board the bus no later than 3:00pm. The shuttle will return guests after the conclusion of the wedding reception, at 10:00pm.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is complimentary parking at our venue, however, overnight parking is not permitted. If you are planning to drink at the wedding reception, we recommend utilizing our complimentary shuttle service or organizing a designated driver. Due to the remote location of the venue, Uber and/or Lyft drivers are NOT readily available and not a reliable mode of transportation for our wedding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving to our venue no later than 3:45pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire. Men: Coat & tie required. Women: Formal dresses that are knee length, mid length, and full length are all appropriate. Please keep in mind the weather when planning your outfit! A shawl, sweater, or coat is a good idea to have for when the sun goes down. We kindly request that guests avoid wearing "casual" dresses, jeans, boots, hats and colors traditionally reserved for the the Bride (white, cream, & ivory).

Can I take pictures and/or record during the wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that all of our guests respect our wishes for a completely unplugged wedding ceremony. We have invested in hiring an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the moment for us and are happy to share all of our photos and videos after the wedding. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
Question
Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour from 4:30pm to 6:00pm and throughout dinner and the reception from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The open bar will consist of beer, wine, and our 2 signature cocktails! We hope everyone has a wonderful time, but we encourage everyone to please drink responsibly!
