Sleeping Bear Dunes
In the mood for a dune climb? (Promise it looks worse than it is). Take a gander up the dune, and overlook Little Glen + Big Glen lake for some fantastic panoramic views. Down for more exercise? Keep wandering the dunes that take you all the way back to shores of Lake Michigan (about 2 miles to the big lake, so 4 miles round trip!)
Sleeping Bear Point Trailhead
Looking for a quick little jot through tree-lined sand trails that leads to a large dune and lake michigan? this is your hike. you can do the big loop or just take a little hike through the dunes to the lake. worth it.
Empire Bluff Trailhead
An all time epic panoramic view of Lake Michigan. Take this 1.5 mile round trip through hilly beautiful woods full of birch and maple trees, that leads to top the top of a giant sand dune over looking Lake Michigan. Feeling frisky? Venture off the main trail and frolic in the sand dunes and make your own trails.
Pyramid Point Trailhead
Another epic panoramic view of Lake Michigan on top of the imfafous sleeping bear sand dunes. A 0.6 mile hilly hike to the top of the giant sand dune that takes you through winding birch and maple trees, with an absolute breath taking view of the big lake. Venture off the main trails for your own exploration.

Looking for places to find lake treasures? Good Harbor beach has pristine Petoskey stones along the entire shoreline. Grab a beer, start a bonfire on the shoreline, and pick your heart away.
The Cove
