Thank you for making the journey to celebrate with us! We're delighted to have family and friends from near and far coming to our wedding. To help you find accommodations, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms for two nights from Friday, May 24-Sunday May 26, 2024, at The Talking Stick Resort (and CASINO). If you wish to book a room at a special group rate of $229.00/ night + fees we've negotiated on your behalf, please let me know as soon as possible. Please see the travel note for a breakdown of Resort Fees. Included in the price of your room: free wireless internet and Free Parking both Valet and Self Park. Mike and I will also stay at the Hotel and can't wait to see everyone and share even more memories. The buses to and from the venue will leave from The Talking Stick (TBA). A Hampton Inn is very close if you choose to stay there; I also made a note below.

Breakdown of Hotel Costs
Guests will be responsible for their room, resort fee, tax, bellman, housekeeping gratuities, and all incidentals. Bellman and housekeeping gratuities will automatically be posted to the guest’s folio. Rooms must be reserved before 4/24/24 to ensure you have a place to stay as space is limited. Rooms are based on double occupancy (2 guests); any other guest is $25/ night. $229.0+14.02% resort tax, $10/room for Bellhop, $25/night resort fee, $3/night for Housekeeping. Rooms will be stocked with water nightly, FREE internet & Free Parking (Self and Valet). The total est cost per night will come to $327.10.
