Question

What should I do with the time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

In order to ensure that the bride and groom could enjoy the entirety of their cocktail hour, we have decided to schedule time between the church ceremony and reception for our pictures. Within that time, feel free to check into the hotel or explore any of the surrounding bars and restaurants in the area. Check out our suggestions found within the section labeled "Things To Do".

Help! I can't check into my hotel room until after the ceremony.

Answer

We understand that those traveling from outside of town may not be able to check in to their rooms until after the ceremony. Please know that it is your presence that matters to us, and not your attire. Feel free to attend the ceremony dressed appropriately for mass and change into your black tie optional attire afterwards at the hotel.

Is there transportation to the venue from my hotel?

Answer

There will be a Cescaphe Trolley that will take guests to the venue from the Philadelphia Marriott Old City Hotel. If you plan on taking the trolley, please be prompt. Ubers are also always available in the city, and there is free valet parking at the venue, as well.

Question

Will there be transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

There will be a Cescaphe Trolley that will take all guests back to the Philadelphia Marriott Old City at the end of the reception at 11 pm. However, if you wish to attend the after party at North Bowl (directly next door to the venue), please note that no transportation will be provided. Ubers are always available in the city.

Why didn't I choose a meal during the RSVP process?

Answer

There will be waiter service during dinner where you will order directly with the venue staff. There will always be a vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options. If you have any allergies, please let your server know and it will be attended to.
