When should I RSVP by?

July 20, 2025. We may be unable to accomodate guests that reply after this date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to celebrate with us in dressy casual/cocktail attire. Summer/fall dresses, blouses, button downs and slacks are all appropriate attire, as are cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits, casual suits, and blazers. For footwear, please keep in mind the majority of the evening will be spent on grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've reserved a small room block at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Portland for our guests, please see the travel page for more details.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be having one shuttle trip from the Ramada Plaza to the venue leaving promptly at 3:30pm. There will be two return trips, one at 8:30pm and another at 10:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free outdoor guest parking is available at our venue. Please follow appropriate signage for guest parking, the lot is a field located down a gravel road.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that you leave children under 13 at home for this event. Please contact us if you will need to bring an infant in order to attend.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a post wedding lunch celebration at Allagash Brewing Company! Please see the schedule for more details. Children welcome.
