Do you have a block of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

Yes, we have plenty of rooms blocked! There are 25 rooms at the Hilton where the after-party will be, and another 10 rooms at the Hampton for a slightly lower price. A shuttle will be going from the Hilton to Tyler prior to the ceremony, and from Tyler back to the Hilton afterwards. See the "Travel" tab for the links to receive the discounted rate, and be sure to book at least 30 days prior!

All plus-ones will be listed out directly on your invitation. As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we'll be keeping the wedding to adults only, with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girls. Thank you for understanding!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at Tyler Arboretum if you'd prefer to drive. We'll also have a shuttle to and from the Hilton. Please note: If you park at Tyler, you can leave your car overnight, but must pick it up by 10am the following day.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early! It will take a bit of time to park and walk to the ceremony location. We will have a golf cart available for anyone who has difficulty walking.
