Get America's Largest Indoor Waterpark included with your stay! Restaurants, Escape Rooms, Bowling and more located on the Kalahari premises. Kalahari is located in Round Rock, TX - 16 miles form the wedding venue and 31 miles northeast of Austin-Bergstrom International.

Flight

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)

You'll want to fly in and out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Thanksgiving is a heavily traveled weekend, so I would recommend booking your flight as soon as they are available. This will probably be in March or April. I prefer to fly Southwest Airlines. Fly to AUS from LGB (Long Beach) or SNA (John Wayne-Orange County). These are typically cheapest & you can find direct flights. San Jose (SJC) has multiple direct flight options daily and they tend to be inexpensive. This is the "Nerd Bird" with engineers flying daily back and forth between Silicon Valley and the Austin Technology Hub. Not Recommended: Ontario is usually more expensive with no direct flights. LAX is usually complicated and not worth any savings.

Travel Note

Rental Cars & Uber:

Uber & Lyft Services are available and are a good/safe option. Georgetown is about 50 minutes north of the airport, but everything is about 15-minutes from the hotel once you are there. The Sheraton offers a shuttle service to multiple locations around Georgetown. Transportation will be provided between the Sheraton and The Wedding Venue for our wedding and reception.
