What kind of resort are we staying at?

Answer

Dreams Sands is an All inclusive resort, for those that have never stayed at a resort like this, all drinks and food are included in your resort package. There are many amenities included in this as well, including 2 pools, many bars and restaurants, daily events and activities, visit their website for a further list of amenities and things to do.

What is the difference between a deluxe room and a preferred club room?

Answer

There is not a huge difference between the two options. With the preferred club booking there is a private lounge, pool and continental breakfast every morning for just the preferred club guests. Other than this, all the restaurants and bars are for every type of guest. For a further list of differences, please view the website under Accommodations.

I want to make this a family vacation, is that possible at this resort?

YES! The resort has many activities for kids of all ages. From a water trampoline to camping on the beach and much more! Everyone will have a list of fun activities they can enjoy daily.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There are 2 types of dress codes for the restaurants at the resort: Casual- long shorts or capri pants, bathing suit cover up for women, no sleeveless shirts for men. Casual Elegance- Shoes, dress shirts (short sleeves or collared shirts), long pants for men, no sleevless shirts or flip flops

Does every room have a balcony?

Answer

NO, not every room at the resort has a balcony, the lowest rated room does not offer a balcony, so ensure to request this when booking with rachel if you want one!

Answer

There is the availability to get cancel for any reason travel insurance while booking your vacation, Rachel will be able to go over the details of this insurance while booking your vacation.
