It’s all at Caesar’s. The wedding will be at the Bacchus pool (outdoors) and reception at Carmines Italian Restaurant approx 845pm The ceremony starts at 7 PM or later we are limited to 30 minutes. * Unfortunately Caesars has a policy that there’s no outside photography during the ceremony.
If you’re in a relationship and you feel like you’d love to have them with you, of course please just let us know.
We want you to be comfortable as it will be July in Las Vegas so no suites or formal wear is needed. We do ask that you wear black, be modestly dressed, no tennis shoes or flip flops please.
We will be doing a family style meal. With of course pasta! We will have at least two choices in appetizers, pastas, and entrees. Drinks will included soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, draft and bottled beers, a few wines and mixed drinks.
Please let us know as we’re working on the menu.
Grab a snack or late lunch the reception isn’t until about 845pm. Please be at the pool entrance by 645pm. You might want a personal fan as it is July average temps during the day 95-104.
We will have our own photographer for the ceremony and Caesars has a pretty strict no outside photography in the contract so we’re gonna ask that you just sit back and enjoy the ceremony. After our photographer will be available for group/family photos.
Hopefully not too much of a wait. We’re shooting for roughly 30 minutes of photos group photos, bride and groom etc. then headed straight over to Carmine’s.
No group activities are planned, you are free to do what you wish your time. We just ask that you enjoy yourself and your time. We are considering renting a pool cabana for Saturday.
