Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Ceremony: St. Stephen's has a large parking lot for all guests. Reception: Drivers please DROP OFF YOUR PARTY AT THE VENUE FIRST, then go to the parking lot located just before the venue. Drivers will be shuttled back to the venue. Signs will be posted directing you to the venue and parking lot. When you are ready to head home, a shuttle will take your driver to the parking lot to get your vehicle.

Can I bring a plus-one?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to host the guests found on the RSVP list. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is the ceremony/ reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is indoors at St. Stephen church. The reception is outdoors at the Alvarez Ranch. The terrain is dirt (parking) and turf (reception area). Ladies, if you are choosing to wear heels, please be aware that there are stairs and uneven surfaces.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Semi-Formal / Western-Inspired We invite guests to dress semi-formal. Dress to impress but keep it comfortable and true to you :) Western attire is welcome! Boots are great, and cowboy hats are allowed (please remove hats during the church ceremony). We ask guests to avoid blue jeans, overly casual attire, and the color blue, as it is reserved for the bridal party. Our reception will be outdoors in warm June weather, so sunscreen is a good idea. Heels and boots are both welcome, just keep in mind there will be a dirt parking lot, stairs, and turf.
