Melissa and Morgan first met in May of 2012. Morgan was new to Melissa's group of friends however; it was not love at first sight for Melissa and Morgan! Very quickly though, they both grew fond of each other and throughout their years of friendship became best friends. These ladies have now been friends for TEN years! Their friendship consists of many adventures together such as vacations, celebrations, birthdays, and holidays. Josh and Melissa are thankful that Morgan and her Husband Eric were the two who helped Josh plan his proposal to Melissa on New Year’s Eve 2022. Morgan is an Interior Designer, Wife and fur/feather Mama to three dogs, two birds and a sugar glider. She also is a wonderful Daughter to her Mother Debra, (who has been a second Mother to Melissa). Fun fact: Melissa was Maid of Honor in Morgan and Eric's wedding on July 14th, 2018; another amazing memory they share! Morgan’s Husband Eric will be a Groomsman in the wedding party. Morgan will be accompanied by Best Man Hazier Davvis.
Hazer Davvis

Josh and Hazer first met at Penn High School in Indiana and became close after High School. They have remained great friends throughout the years, including Hazer’s big move to Washington on the West Coast in 2019. The two have been roommates twice, love to game together and Josh expresses his gratitude toward Hazer for how he has always been there for him as a best friend through good and bad times. Hazer will be accompanied by Matron of Honor Morgan Zorn.
Christy McCurdy

Melissa and Christy met when Melissa was in Eighth grade and Christy in Seventh grade. Initially the two met through Christy’s older sister, Holly. These two share many memories together, such as countless sleepovers. Melissa became the added sister to the McCurdy's household, staying there more than her own home most summers. They share their love of Harry Potter together, always watching the movies on many nights spent together. They also enjoy streaming Big Brother together, talking about every little piece of drama, hair, boys and all the things a best friend is for. Christy is a Nurse that shows through and through the way she cares for her family and friend’s well-being. These two will be friends till the end! Christy will be accompanied by Groomsman Josh Lorusso.
Eric Zorn

Josh and Eric met in 2018 through Melissa and Morgan. Josh and Eric both share a love for gaming and according to Melissa and Morgan- that's all they ever talk about! When Josh first moved to Illinois, Eric was Josh’s first good friend. Josh and Eric might have only known each other for 4 years now, but that is not the case for Melissa and Eric who have known each other for 21 years; first meeting in the Eighth grade! Like Melissa and Holly, Eric also attended Wredling Middle School and St. Charles East High school. Eric is a Project Manager at Sign Dealz and is married to Matron of Honor, Morgan Zorn. Eric will be accompanied by Bridesmaid Christy McCurdy.
Holly McCurdy

Melissa and Holly first met when they were in Eighth grade. They continued on together to Saint Charles East High school, having Freshman year classes together and also attended Homecoming together in the same group; one of their special, memorable moments from their younger years. Melissa transferred to Wheaton Academy for her Sophomore and Junior year of High school and the two did not see each other. Senior year Melissa decided to go back to Saint Charles East High school to graduate, where she bumped into Holly on day one. When they met back up it was as if they had not missed a beat! From that point on, Melissa and Holly spent most weekends together after graduating High school and Melissa would enjoy visiting Holly often when Holly attended Law school in Chicago. It has been 21 years of friendship for these ladies now! Fun fact: Melissa will be standing in Holly‘s wedding in September! Holly will be accompanied by Groomsman (and future Husband!) Nick Alfonso.

Melissa and Nick met before Josh and Nick did; Holly bringing Nick into their group of friends as her new boyfriend. Melissa says she instantly knew Nick was the one for Holly after seeing past candidates, she spoke on how personable, kind and attentive Nick was not only to Holly, but her friends as well. Once Melissa and Josh started dating, naturally there were many double dates and nights out as a group which started Josh and Nick’s friendship. As besties, you can only hope your boyfriends like each other, luckily this was no issue for Melissa and Holly. Nick has been a great friend to Josh since they met. Nick works as the assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County. Nick and Holly are set to wed this September! Nick will be accompanied by Bridesmaid (and future Wife!) Holly McCurdy.
Madalyn Hill

Melissa and Madalyn met in 2007 while both Horseback Riding at the same facility. Their passion and love of horses turned into years of going to and competing in horse shows together, working together and even living together for 1 year! Melissa says Madalyn has always been the little sister she never had. Madalyn now lives Phoenix, Arizona with her pup Prince and horse Spicey. Madalyn will be accompanied by Groomsman Josh Lorusso.

Josh is Melissa’s younger brother. Josh is 32 years old and is a car salesmen in Lincolnwood IL. Josh has grown up going to school with Christy, Holly, and Eric all In the bridal party. Josh and Eric have also both played hockey for St. Charles East and Robert Morris University as well! Josh will be accompanied by bridesmaid Christy McCurdy.
Ashley Ruple

Ashley Ruple is Josh’s younger sister. Ashley was the one who actually introduced Melissa & Josh! Ashley and Melissa met working together in 2016. The two because friends outside of work hanging out and eventually sharing an apartment together for a year before Melissa and Josh moved in together in Indiana. Ashley is an amazing artist currently selling her own merchandise in store. Ashley will be getting married this year as well to fiancé Juan! Ashley will be accompanied by groomsman Mark Pressler.
Mark Pressler

Josh and Mark met through best friend and Best Man Hazer in 2017. The two instantly got along sharing many of the same interests and hobbies. Mark joined Hazer in his move to Washington on the West Coast in 2019; the two wanting a fresh start out of Indiana. Mark is currently a Nurse in Washington. Josh and Mark talk weekly and will remain life long friends despite the distance! Mark will be accompanied by Bridesmaid Ashley Ruple.

Talon is Melissa’s three year old nephew. Son of brother Fernando and wife Kari Villanueva. Melissa and Josh adore him!

Khaliyah is Melissa’s cousin! Parents Lindsay and Danny Tintera. She is 13 years old, and shares the same passion as Melissa and her mom Lindsay, for horse back riding! Khaliyah will be accompanying Ring bearer Talon.
