The first time we met was in the Cabela's parking lot. Ever since Melissa pulled into the parking space and bumped the car in front of her, the conversation has never stopped. If you know us even a little, you know that we both love the outdoors, so it was only fitting that our first date was in a tree stand. From then on out, we have taken every chance we get to do the things we love together.

It was just another typical weekend where we had plans to be together. Jordan told Melissa to come over and dress nicely since we had plans to go out for lunch with family. When Melissa got to the house, we sat on the couch waiting for everyone else to get ready for lunch. Jordan had the idea to go to the pond where we have had multiple date nights and adventures before. Melissa didn't think anything of it and tagged along. When we got there, we got out of the car and Jordan had roses that he gave to Melissa. We got to the edge of the pond and there was a heart with our initials made out of rocks. Jordan got down on one knee and asked Melissa to take on forever by his side. Of course, Melissa said yes.
