We met 2019 in the small city of Borlänge where Jonathan was playing football and Melissa was visiting a friend in order to take her drivers licence at the time. We met by chance together with our mutual friends in the supermarket and something was there from the very start. Melissa asked her friend about Jonathan and then we met and played mini-golf as our first date. But even though we both felt something special, life took us in different directions. Time passed but we didn't stop thinking about each other. Melissa asked around about Jonathan, little did she know that he had asked around about her too. Two years after that mini-golf date, Melissa found the courage to reach out. At the time Jonathan lived in Italy and after talking for a few weeks Melissa spontaneously booked a plane ticket to go and see him. That feeling we both had two years ago never went away and after spending a weekend together in Italy we both knew we found the one. We've now lived together abroad for four years and built a family of five. Italy will always be our special place and we cant wait to celebrate our marriage there with all of you to make it even more special.
