Jeremy is that class clown student that can't wait until lunch break starts so that he can eat a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs -he thinks he's Italian- and then go play soccer. While he hates homework, he loves to learn about anything and everything, and his Netflix history will show, right next to Star Wars, a long list of documentaries. If he could have one thing, it would be a puppy. He's a sucker for animals, baby goats, baby otters, cubs, you name it, he'll melt faster than the cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich. Oh yeah, he loves cheese too. Most importantly, underneath all of this, you'll find a loving and ever so patient friend.
Melissa loves pizza; and I mean LOVES pizza. Give her a slice of pepperoni and a cold beer, you just might be able to call yourself a friend. Oh, and if you have a chunky baby, please let her hold it. An avid baby penguin activist, she does her part raising awareness for how cute these arctic critters are by sending me a daily dose of penguins related posts. She might not remember the plot of a movie she has already seen, but that means she can watch any movie as if it was her first time watching it. As for what she remembers, they are the things that matter, the intimate details and the things people most care about. She is always willing to help out and be there for when you need her most. Did I mention she loves pizza?
We met nine years ago and the first conversation we can remember having is how great, not so great, funnel cakes are, depending on which one of us you ask. It's safe to say that the conversation foreshadowed how our friendship would be because we always argued and we mean ALWAYS. We were friends up until 2018 when Jeremy told Melissa, "I like you and you don't have to say it back, but I wanted to let you know". After a few months, that was the beginning of us. Now, we're inseparable.
