Morning Preparations and Brunch (Ladies only)

7:30 am - 1:30 pm

This is for the women who wish to spend the morning before the wedding with the bride! Melissa will be getting ready at a two-story Airbnb house called the "Mason Jar" that has gorgeous mountain top views. Professional photographers, videographers, hairstylists, and makeup artists will be present. This is a great opportunity to have your picture professionally taken, and the makeup and hairstylists will be available to anyone who would like to partake in these services, but understand this is not mandatory. Your presence and emotional support will be much appreciated and more than enough! Guests can come and go from this location as they please, but if you want to make traveling easier you can follow the bride to the wedding ceremony at 1:30 pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

Wedding Ceremony (Sky View)

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

941 sky wedding way, Gatlinburg TN 37738

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

GPS via google will take you to the hill where the wedding ceremony is located, however, the directions on going up the hilltop are incorrect and it is difficult to turn around. Therefore, we highly suggest using the direction card you received with your invitation, or the directions listed "Sky View Directions" under the travel section. Additional wood signs with balloons will be positioned on the hill to help guide you. **Please note some of the roads on the hilltop can be very steep and October is a rainy season for Gatlinburg. Your safety is very important to us, so we recommend you travel up the hill with a reliable AWD vehicle. If you did not travel or rent this type of vehicle this is okay! You can park at Century 21 (located near the bottom of the hill) and we will provide assistance for you up the hill safely. If you plan to park at Century 21, please let Jarred or Melissa know so they can make appropriate transportation arrangements.

Dinner Reception

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The restaurant is called Park Grill and is located on the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg. Traffic is often very heavy in this area, so allow yourself additional travel time. All guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the bar open to the public if they arrive early. Parking is located in the front and back of the restaurant. There is plenty of parking with handicapped accessibility for all our guests. ****Bring your driver's license if you plan to enjoy the complimentary wine during dinner, but the servers will only provide wine or alcoholic drinks for those with ID.**** The bride and groom will remain on the strip to celebrate after dinner. All guests are welcome to join, explore the strip themselves, or retire home for the evening.
