For those coming from CA, there are direct fights on Delta to ATL from LAX, SNA and ONT. If you are already on the East Coast or Southeast region, Delta also flies direct out of many of the major, and smaller, cities.

The drive to Rome GA is about 1hr 20mins from Hartsfield-Jackson airport, straight up I-75 and then a quick detour to the West. Hartsfield-Jackson has all the major car rental companies just outside of the airport, which are easily accessible.
