How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP using the link on our website or by scanning the QR code you received with your invitation which will direct you to the RSVP page. You will be able to RSVP for the # of specified guests listed on your invitation by providing guest names and their meal choice!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive by 3:30pm for the ceremony to promptly start at 4pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that everyone wears their best formal attire!

Can I smoke/vape on the property?

Answer

Yes, you can smoke or vape on the property in designated areas. There will be NO smoking in the ceremony or reception area. Staff will be able to help you locate the appropriate designated areas!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! In lieu of a registry, if you would like to contribute to our future, a card box will be present at our reception

Do you have a hotel blocked off for guests needing somewhere to stay?

Answer

Yes! Please locate our preferred hotel on the "Travel" tab of our website. Only a select number of rooms are available in our hotel block. Should you need to secure a room at another hotel outside of our block there are others in the area such as: Four Points by Sheraton 60 Bryne Drive or Holiday Inn Express & Suites 506 Bryne Drive

Do you have a shuttle from your preferred hotel to the venue?

Answer

YES! We have arranged a school bus shuttle with Landmark Bus Lines to take guests from Hampton Inn & Suites (74 Bryne Drive) to Ivy Ridge Weddings & Events! The details can be found under the Travel tab of our website. If you plan on using the shuttle service, please reach out to the hotel prial to arrival and request an early check in!!

Do I need to bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, the venue will be providing alcohol as they are fully licensed. There is no additional cost as we have covered that for you! Please enjoy and drink responsibility, drinking and driving will NOT be tolerated
