We both attended Illinois Wesleyan University, but didn't meet until Filip's 21st birthday in 2012. We remained good friends throughout college, and started dating in June of 2015. On July 5th, 2019, Filip proposed in Door County, Wisconsin. Over 5 years later we own a house and have a loving dog, Luna.
