Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We've been together so long that we have all that we need. If you would like to still provide a gift, please consider contributing towards our honeymoon fund.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please let us know ASAP via text or answer on your RSVP response card

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is free parking on-site at the venue.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. But the hotel is only 10 minutes from East Wind. Feel free to uber or carpool with a designated driver if you are all staying at the same place.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 6:00PM for the ceremony. We plan to start at 6:30PM, sharp. There is only one door into the ceremony room. Do not be that person that walks in while I'm coming down the aisle!

Is there an open bar or cash bar?
Answer
If you had to ask yourself this question, maybe we should rescind your invitation....lol . Open bar, of course!
Question
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All events will take place indoors, but cocktail hour and the reception will have a covered balcony with seating for use throughout the night. Please make sure to bring a sweater or jacket if you'd like to step outside for a bit and already checked your larger coat - it is December after all!

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, along with four various food stations, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. Note our venue allows seconds of dinner as well, so if you'd like to try more than one entree, then go for it. Come hungry!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than November 17, 2023. Simply RSVP online using the QR code in your invitation or right from this website!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and card box for your convenience.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?
Answer
The reception ends at 12:00 AM Saurday, December 9, 2023. Although there is no official after party, we plan to continue the party in Desmonds, the on-site bar.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
There will be vegetarian options available. For other dietary restrictions, please feel free to reach out
Question
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only requests are (1) that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #________ so we can keep track of all of your pictures, and (2) please be mindful of our hired photographers!
