Cocktail Attire: To enhance the atmosphere of our wedding, we kindly ask that you wear cocktail attire in fall shades such as black, greens, or dark reds and oranges. Be sure to dress cool since the ceremony will be during summer. Your thoughtful choice will help create a beautiful and cohesive look for our celebration.
***Please note the following update to the date of the Ceremony ONLY*** Diego and Melissa are so excited to share this special day with you! The ceremony will take place at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Bonita, CA. There is ample parking located onsite and is about 25 minutes away from Downtown San Diego or Mission Valley if you are staying there. We kindly ask that you arrive a little early to ensure everyone is seated comfortably before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony, we will have a casual get-together at Rick and Olga’s home - 818 Calle Lagasca, Chula Vista, CA 91910. We will have food and drinks and mostly outdoor seating with some indoor as well. This will have a rolling starting time of 2pm depending on how long photos take at the church. Although we have this last-minute change, our main reception will still be held on November 8th, 2025 in Normal Heights, San Diego, CA. So if you are unable to make the ceremony, we understand and are still ecstatic to see you on the 8th of November. We can’t wait to celebrate this moment with all of you!

Be sure to bring a jacket as it might be chilly as the night goes on. Your thoughtful choice will help create a beautiful and cohesive look for our celebration.
Diego and Melissa are thrilled to celebrate and have some tasty food and drinks with you. We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft from your hotel to the reception, for your convenience and safety. There is no parking lot at the venue and it is all street parking, which can be limited. Cocktail hour will begin around 4:00 as we wait for all to arrive. Thank you for being part of this memorable occasion!
