FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Party clothes, as in the most comfortable, mountain-friendly clothes. If you need some inspo, just think of what Devin wears all day erry day.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Please carpool as much as possible, as parking is limited. We have reserved the gravel parking lot just below the meadow, and overflow parking will be along the road or up above in the Stewart Falls parking lot.

Question

What do I need to bring?

Answer

With plenty of flex time during the day, feel free to bring a camp chair, hammock, good book, etc. We have a huge area (meadow + picnic tables + wooded area) that you can spread and hang out in. For evening events: bands will perform in the outdoor amphitheater- it is wood benches, so bring something soft for your bum and a jacket/blanket if you’d like a more comfortable viewing experience.

Question

Are kids and dogs allowed?

Answer

Not only allowed but encouraged at all activities- bring the party!

Question

COVID protocol

Answer

For any who haven’t yet, we passionately encourage you to come vaccinated to keep this event safe for everyone. If not, bring a mask that matches your outfit.

Question

Do I need to reserve a camping spot?

Answer

Nope! We have a huge meadow (featured in our wedding photos) with plenty of room for tents.

Question

Can I bring a camper/trailer?

Answer

Yes- we have the lower gravel parking lot reserved. However, note that there is no water, sewer, or electrical hook-ups. Let us know if you are bringing a camper or trailer so that we can ensure there is space!

Question

Are there bathrooms?

Answer

Yes, we have 2 forest service bathrooms (not flushies) for our site.

Question

What are directions to the party site?

Answer

Easiest option is to enter "Theater in the Pines Group Campground" into Google Maps. And for additional directions: from I-15, take exit 272 for 800 North toward Orem and proceed east on Highway 52 to the mouth of Provo Canyon. Go east on Highway 189 for 7 miles to Sundance Resort turnoff, Highway 92. Take Highway 92 for 6 miles. Campground will be on your left, past Sundance Resort and Aspen Grove Recreation Area. We will have a wooden sign that says "Devin & Melissa" along the road.
