Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to look polished and wedding-appropriate while still feeling comfortable. Think dresses (knee-length, midi, or maxi, including cocktail or elevated sundresses), dressy jumpsuits, or skirts and blouses. Button-downs paired with slacks or chinos work well. Jackets and ties are welcome but not required. Because parts of the ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable on grass or uneven ground.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony site is about 0.5 miles from the parking area and located up a hill. Transportation will be available from the parking lot to the ceremony site for anyone who may need assistance getting up to the ceremony site.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so guests are welcome to move between both. Please plan to check the forecast and dress accordingly, as Vermont weather can be unpredictable.

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel room block at the DoubleTree Burlington, which is about 45 minutes away from the venue. There are several other nearby lodging options as well, but we strongly recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible, as this is a very popular time of year in Vermont.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We will provide shuttles to and from the DoubleTree Burlington and the venue. Please stay tuned for shuttle times.

Where should I park?

Answer

If you choose to drive to and from the venue, parking is available on-site. Please follow posted signs.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To allow us enough time to finalize details with our vendors, please RSVP by August 8, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone! Plus ones are included for guests whose invitation is addressed with an additional guest. Pease check your invitation or RSVP for the names listed.

Are kids invited?

We're excited to celebrate with your family! Children are welcome if they are listed on your invitation. Please refer to your invite or RSVP for the names included.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a bit early so you can be seated on time.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00 PM, followed by a quieter after-party at the venue until 11:30 PM.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate them.
