Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we don't want anyone to miss a moment!
The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies are welcome to wear knee length or longer dresses. Men can choose to not wear a suit jacket but please wear dress shirt and slacks, with a tie. As a special touch, our families will be dressed in shades of brown. To help them stand out, we kindly ask guests to choose other colors for their outfits. We appreciate your help and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on each invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests or plus-ones attend unless they are named on your invitation. Additionally, this will be an adults-only celebration. While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding a child-free event. We hope this allows you to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding and helping us make our day special!
We love your little ones, but our wedding celebration is a wonderful time to enjoy a night out. This is an Adults only event, so children are not allowed to attend.
There’s ample parking available onsite, but we encourage guests to use rideshare services like Uber so you can fully enjoy celebrating with the bride and groom. Your vehicle may remain parked at the venue overnight and can be picked up the following day by 11:00 AM.
If you have a food allergies you may reach out to Melissa or Coleman to let us know. Dinner will be served buffet-style, which we hope may provide a more inclusive experience.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Don't worry about capturing the moment—we have a professional photographer and videographer who will be there to document every special memory. We invite you to be fully present with us and enjoy this moment through your own eyes rather than through a screen. Thank you for helping us keep our ceremony unplugged!
