How We Met

Chris and Melissa ‘swiped right’ on each other on the dating app, Bumble. They had their first date at The Dandelion Pub in Philadelphia, and decided to bounce around to a speak easy and jazz bars after. They hit it off so much on the first date that Chris asked Melissa to come with him to his house in Ocean City, NJ the following weekend (despite it being March!). After a quiet trip to the shore, they were officially dating!
How He Proposed

Both Chris’s family and Melissa’s parents headed down to Ocean City to enjoy a summer July weekend at the shore. Chris and Melissa took their dog, Zeus, for a stroll on the beach Saturday morning and Chris dropped down on one knee at the edge of the water. It was perfect!
