We're making it official.

We began 2024 by marking our tenth anniversary together. Our decade together has been full of love, adventure, work, shared joys & challenges, and growth. We've decided that the time is right to formalize our commitment, exchange our vows in front of our close family & friends, and celebrate our love story.

We met at Wilde Lake, of course, and became friends as young single science teachers working far from our families. As we finished up our second year teaching together, we decided to become roommates for company and to split housing expenses. Around the Christmas and New Year's holidays that year we began realizing that our attachment to each other was perhaps not platonic. We now recognize New Year's as the anniversary of our relationship & commitment.
