The day after Melissa moved to Phoenix, her old friend Brent and his girlfriend Chelsea decided to go out in Old Town Scottsdale. They made a quick stop to say hi to Chelsea's older brother (Brandon) who was hanging with his friend at a bar. Brandon immediately thought that Melissa was cute and Melissa must've thought the same, because the next week she ditched the only other friend she made in Phoenix to meet up with him again. After a few weeks, the group settings became one-on-one... and the rest is history.

Brandon and Melissa decided to travel to Glacier National Park with their close friends Allie and Carlos. Little did Melissa know, Brandon had a little something up his sleeve (or in his pocket). After hiking to the beautiful Avalanche Lake, Brandon got down on one knee and popped the question. Their friends were there to take pictures and share a champagne toast!
