Black tie optional/Cocktail Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd prefer to keep the guest list to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend, is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Your children are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony at the church. Afterward, Lane would LOVE for them to join him at his "PARTY"! "Lane's Party" will be in the birch room (right beside the ballroom) from 5:00-10:00. All children 12 & under will have a seat in the birch room for a pizza party with a bounce house, games, crafts & fun! Once the dancing starts you are welcome to bring your child to the ballroom if you would like or they can stay and play away! The children’s room will be supervised with qualified sitters so parents can enjoy their evening without worry. There is no sitter charge, however you are more than welcome to leave a tip to be split among the sitters if you would like. To ensure safe and fun experience for all, we kindly ask parents to: 1. Label your child's diaper bag and bottles 2. A waiver must be signed to play in the bounce house 3. Let Melissa know of any allergies when you RSVP 4. Name tags will be provided and required for each child to wear 5. Be sure to occasionally check in on your child throughout the night! The ceremony and reception are both indoors. The cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors on the lawn.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 1:30 PM. To ensure you are not late please arrive by 1:00 PM so you can find a parking spot and the perfect seat.
We have hired photographers that will capturing all the special moments at the ceremony. Their names are Ben & Kailee, tell them "Hi"! Once the ceremony has ended you are more than welcome to snap as many pictures/videos as you would like. Please make sure to share them with us! :)
If you have any allergies or airborne allergies, please let Bobby and/or Melissa know prior to the wedding date so they can make the caterer aware.
