Rapid City airport is the best option for flights in. it is about an hour and twenty minutes from the town of Belle Fourche.
South Dakota is a beautiful state that can be cold or not in December, we are hoping for a nice in between. However, either way it will be a party to be had and be apart of. We recommend adding a day or two and seeing the good sites! Mount Rushmore, Deadwood (not fully kid friendly) but, a lot of history! Devils tower is a little ways into Wyoming, which is not to far from the town of Belle Fourche (about 10 miles). Sturgis has some fun places to see if you are into motorcycles. take a gander at the sites and enjoy the time!
