Meet Brenda, the proud mother of the bride-to-be. A master at hosting and decorating, she’s the first to transform her home for every holiday—always festive and cozy. You’ll mainly find her in the kitchen always whipping something up. She’s always on her feet, never one to sit still. Her live-in grandpup, Meeko, is the apple of her eye—constantly spoiling him. She is the oldest of her siblings, always putting the needs of her family before her own with so much care and devotion, prioritizing her family above all else. She is overjoyed that not only her oldest daughter is finally getting married, but that her youngest “baby” is soon to follow! Meet Mel, the father of the bride. A huge 49ers fan, you’ll often find him watching sports and enjoying a whiskey (or two). He’s the ultimate tour guide for anyone visiting Louisville, Kentucky—his home for the last 10 years. As the oldest (and shortest) of 5 brothers, he’s got a great sense of humor and a knack for pranking! It’s a wonder where Melissa gets it from… He’s been pulling tricks on his daughters since they were kids, and now Austin gets to experience all the fun (or shall I say “scares”). Coming from a big, close-knit family full of love, Mel couldn’t be more proud to walk his daughter down the aisle. He and Austin share a close bond, both in life and in business—Austin has worked alongside him from a young age, learning not just the skills of the trade, but also the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Melissa and Melari's story began in 1994—aka the year Melari was born. From that moment on, she became Melissa's longest-lasting friendship: 31 years and counting. Often mistaken for twins, Melari (future Mrs. Moore) is the younger sister of 5 years. A built in best friend. Despite being total opposites… think Type A meets "we'll figure it out later" —their differences are what make them the perfect pair. From the very beginning, Chase has been Austin’s go-to guy for everything. A talented writer and creative spirit, Chase has a big heart and his unwavering emotional support that make him someone Austin can always count on. Melissa and Stasia go way back to freshman year of high school. Canyon High School graduating class of 2007. Mel & Brenda call Stasia their “third daughter”. The only friend Melissa would consider living with, even though Stasia loves to hog the TV remote. Her witch-like cackle is hilariously infectious and instantly recognizable. She insists that naps should be a minimum of 3 hours, knows every movie line by heart, and bakes a mean marble cake. She is an accomplished travel nurse, the best roomie, and a forever chosen sister. 8+ years of friendship and counting. Melissa and Jen first met while working at Toca Madera, but their friendship truly kicked off during a double bachelorette party. Naturally, these two planners took over, called the shots, and it was a weekend for the books! Since then, Jen has truly been a constant source of love, positivity, and support in Melissa’s life. Her energy is infectious which makes it no surprise that everyone she comes across wants to get to know her. Jen is a nurse, a world traveler, a great cook, and an all around amazing soul. She’s always ready to lend an open ear and will always bring a fun, lighthearted energy to any situation. These two are P.I.C.’s for life. An Emmy Award-winning producer, the most amazing mom to Liv and Ev (one of our flower girls and ring bearer!), and not to mention—is effortlessly stylish. When he’s not *not* dancing, Andy’s juggling multiple projects in San Diego and Miami as a successful general contractor. You may have caught him on HGTV Hot Properties San Diego! A wise man of many talents, Andy’s also a legendary host–always hosts the best parties. Austin and Andy are only a few years apart in age, but if there’s one thing that truly reveals Andy’s age, it's cotton balls in the ears at festivals (or folded up napkins). Chris, or "Mackie", aka the groomsman who brings the laughs. There’s no one more entertaining to text with, thanks to his unmatched wit and endless stream of hilarious banter. Mackie is the kind of friend who’s always up for anything—whether it’s an exciting adventure or just losing track of time on the couch for hours. He has a special talent for falling asleep in the most random positions, including, sitting straight up. Since they’ve met, their friendship has been filled with laughs, good times, and deep, meaningful (or maybe not-so-meaningful) conversations ever since. Meet Danny Moore—our future brother-in-law! He is engaged to the bride’s sister, Melari. A legendary longwinded talker and dad joke aficionado. He has a natural knack for sparking conversations with anyone and everyone. Despite knowing everything about sports, Danny somehow remains terrible at fantasy football. Currently a die-hard Cowboys fan (but an up and coming 49ers fan). In his spare time, he channels his inner Filipino by belting out Tagalog songs. Austin and Danny both share a love for beer, lumpia, stand up comedy, and obviously, the Fajardo sisters (lol). Be sure to catch him krumping out on the dance floor! Over 20 years of friendship, Eric is one of Austin’s closest childhood friends. From their days playing lacrosse together in high school to navigating life’s milestones, Eric has been a constant, reliable presence in Austin’s life. In fact, when it comes to reliability, Eric is truly the most dependable person Austin knows, always there when it matters most. As the first father of their friend group, Eric has stepped into his role as a loving and dedicated dad with the same care and commitment that he’s shown in every part of his life. Now an attorney, Eric brings the same level of professionalism and thoughtfulness to his career that he does to his friendships. Tyler Dippel

The big dancing goofball of a human–meet Tyler. Not only does he work with Austin, but he’s also the guy who’s always down for a good time, whether it’s cracking jokes or always dancing. Tyler’s enthusiasm is infectious, and if you ever need someone to lift the mood, he’s your guy. He’s also bi-lingual—as in, to the extent of a few inappropriate phrases in Spanish. And not to mention his odd affinity of Von Dutch hats. You can easily get him to sing along to almost any R&B song, as he probably knows all the words already. Gino Marconi

Gino and Melissa met in 2015. Another long lasting bond from the “Toca family”. Having parallel career paths, Gino & Melissa grew up with each other through work and through friendship. Starting off as a host and a server, they moved up in their careers and were able to travel the world together opening restaurants as the East & West Coast Directors of Training. Gino has a natural gift for making people laugh, lifting others up, and showing deep, genuine care for his loved ones. When Gino and Austin first met, their shared sense of humor sparked an instant connection between the two. It was a no-brainer for Melissa and Austin to ask Gino to perform their wedding ceremony. Gino is the life of the party, an amazing friend, and has an infectious energy that brings a smile on people’s faces and good vibes wherever he goes. Our 9-year-old fur baby and the goodest boy! Koda loves playing fetch, loves his treats, laying under Austin's desk at his feet, and most especially our Purple brand bed. Our little sidekick that loves to come with us everywhere. We couldn’t imagine our special day without our little dude being a part of it!
