What time should we arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive at Lost Lake Recreation Park around 2:30 PM so you have plenty of time to park and mingle a bit before finding your seat and settling in for our exchange of vows.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a laid-back backyard style celebration. The wedding party will be dressed up, but we want our guests to feel completely comfortable. Think garden party casual — flowy dresses, nice shirts, or even your favorite jeans if that’s your style. Dress for comfort, enjoy the atmosphere, and come ready to celebrate our love story!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

No, although they are just 6 minutes apart from one another! The ceremony will be held at Lost Lake Recreation Park near the Group Picnic Area.(arrive at 230p) After the ceremony the couple will stay to take photos and guests will head just up the road for cocktail hour followed by a dinner reception celebration at The Yosemite Hemp Co.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! If the weather cooperates, most of the celebration will take place outdoors. However, we do have covered and indoor areas available just in case Mother Nature has other plans.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of on-site public parking* available at both locations. And if you have a classic car, we’d love for you to bring it along to add to the vintage charm of the day! We’ll have ours out, and the venue owners will be showcasing a few of theirs as well. *Lost Lake has a $6/vehicle parks fee.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but our wedding will be an adults only celebration. Come and enjoy a night out on us!

Can I bring a guest or a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a meal served?

Answer

Yes, there will be snacks and refreshments during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner, provided by our favorite local BBQ spot. Vegetarian options will be available.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! Signature cocktails will be available as well as beer and wine and a champagne toast. Must be 21+, please drink responsibly and arrange to have a sober driver. *Non alcoholic beverages will also be available.
