Our Story
Andrew and Melissa’s love story began at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas in October 2021. Staying at the same Airbnb, they bonded over breakfast when Melissa was the only one to join Andrew as he cooked for the group, sharing dreams and discovering a mutual love for creativity.
During the festival, Melissa was charmed by Andrew’s salsa dancing and his ability to sing along to "Dakiti" by Bad Bunny in Spanish—a surprise from a Japanese guy from California! After an unforgettable weekend, Andrew couldn’t wait to see her again, booking two trips to New Jersey within weeks.
After months of long distance, Andrew asked Melissa’s parents for their blessing for her to move to California. They said yes, and in June 2022, she packed her life into her Honda Civic for a 3.5-week road trip with Andrew across the U.S.
Together, they share a life of adventure and love as they prepare to be husband and wife!
