Answer

Uber is widely available in Quito, it is the safest option and extremely affordable. The "metro" is also very reliable and recommended if visiting the Centro Historico.

The wedding venue, El Torreal, is 1.5 hours away from Quito. We will provide transportation the day of the wedding from Quito to the venue and back.
